Hi, I am Johnson Wang!

Cornell University, CS Major, Software Engineer

I am a student at Cornell University's College of Engineering and I am passionate about Computer Science and the field of AI/Ml as well as web development. I am currently pursing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science at Cornell.

Back in 2020, I was first introduced to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Using these tools I've began my web development journey. Recently, I've decided to move on AI/ML as my next field of interest.

Outside of Computer Science, you can find me playing basketball, watching anime, or just chilling with my friends somewhere.

Over the years, I've worked on multiple projects for my high school's organization SI Tech Times. Working on multiple projects with my peers, I've gained a lot of experience in the field of web development.

Even though most of my experience is in web development right now, I am currently poking around the field of AI/ML.

In Summer 2024, I interned at Amazon as a Software Development Intern in their Seattle, Washington office. As part of the Kindle team, my work included improving customer experience with Sample to Full Book.

WebRising

2021-2022

As a fullstack developer in WebRising, I was able to be part of the development of our organization's portfolio site as well as the site for our first client K-Spirit Taekwondo. Our organization's mission is to help businesses in need of web-based platforms to expand thier business.

As a graduate of the Class of 2023, IT department worker, and an aspiring Software Engineer, I greatly appreciate everything tech has offered me in terms of resources in Computer Science. Particularly, I have gained much knowledge in the field of Web development.
